papunta na yan to overtraining
anyhow ride ride walang progression
malamang baka in a few months or a year eh quit the sport kana kc burned out

likes this

*saw kikos data last sat eh panay tira lumanding lang sa 290tss for the whole island

but in fairness eh gumaling na yung drafting skills mo compared noon
kahit yung drinking skills mo nag improve at umiinom kana sa loob ng paceline
noon eh lumalabas kapa then drop back para gawin yun
kung nakadrops yung nasa harap mo in a single paceline dapat naka drops karin to get that 30% power savings. hug

Hello Mga Ka-berkz,

Today is last day ng early bird para sa TOB 2011...

Kaso yung CAT3 mukhang walang water support vehicle as noted below...

Kainis.... dapat baon ng isang timbang tubig... help galit

Important!

Catergory 3 will not have a support convoy for stage 1. Cyclists in Category 3 are to use the aid stations (every 25km) along the route for refreshments.

The first 80 cyclist of Category 3 on stage qualify for the Category 3 pelpoton with support convoy for Stage 2 and 3. The Cat.3 cyclists who finish outside the first 80 on stage1, will start with the Challenger Category for stage 2 and 3. Times will still be recorded and accumulated in a general ranking.

hmmmm.... parang mali ang marketing strat nila dito.
if i remember eh pinakamarami atang sumali eh sa CAT3 at tatangalan pa nila ng tubig.

naka survive naman by having two extra bottles on my backpocket.
medyo dehydrated pagfinish kaso oklang kasi 1 day race.
