Blast from the Past: Team Time Trial

almost a YEAR from TODAY!

no wonder gusto na tumalon sa ilog ng kota tinggi si fafi rainbow socks

lets take inspiration from Mr Boom( winner funlapper sa changi ITT) na walang roadbike at basta sumali sa ITT at mass start...

humiram lang sya ng bike...

anyway lets not dissapoint ... mga pards tara na at join na sa saya... sir sigbin! kelangan ko ang iyong suporta!

Problema kasi dyan ay yung sched ng bawat members...
Baka di makapag-train as a group but mostly as individuals...

Of course kasama narin ang ITT dun.

malayo paba? nope! 5 month training ang plano ni Michel i-formulate "experimental"

kaso kailangan talaga mag training at 90-95-100% completion.
Di naman ata ganun ka-stressful ang training kc one-day one-hr race lang naman.

kailangan rin bumili ng baseline monitoring devices. at least HR monitor w/ alarm.

seriously i would like to request an OPEN TTT 48km field rin sana para makapoints ako/tau...

konti lang naman sumasali sa open kaya kahit bulok ang time eh inside top10.
na sure may points. 10th place is 2 points. :D

magpapasunog ako bahala na.
kaso sure ako, kung ako lang pupull all the way eh 72minutes = 40kph na ang average by that time.
with some help eh +1 minute yan mga sir.

last TTT eh 46.5km lang yung kasi premature u-turn

40kph = 109minutes noon eh 5th place na yung anza team
5th place = 8pts x2 weightage = 16pts
6th place = 6pts x2 weightage = 12pts

secondary goal is to balance so all can cross the feneshline at the same time

it impossible to train as a team.
Training will most likely be an individual effort.
U.must start now para maka build and peak sa next racing season

the weekend rides can be used to train the fluidity as a team.
Yung komportable na kau sa isat-isa after crying and knowing each others fav colors.

kayo naman ang wala ilang wekend rides na dalawa lng kami both on sat and sun rti. heheh pati TTh wala parin kayo. cgurado mamayang gabei wla naman kayo sa changi..hehe

mas maganda kng sino yong mgcommit tapos mg absent without any valid reason kailangan may parusa katulad nito
